Half Cooked Chocolate Cake.

4 eggs, separated
Pince of cream of tartar
2 tablespoons plain flour
150grms caster sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
100grms melted dark chocolate

Pre heat the oven to 230drgs C (gas 8)
Whisk the egg whites with the cream of tartar until foamy and thick, add the sugar and whisk until thick and glossy. Carefully fold in the egg yolks cocoa and flour.
Spoon the mixture into an 8 inch oven proof dish and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until risen and just undercooked in the middle.
Remove from the oven, leave to stand for a minute, pour the melted chocolate all over, serve with cream and dust with icing sugar and cocoa powder.
